主要工作职责：
Job responsibilities:
1. 负责挤出机及配套设备的电气控制柜配盘、接线、布线及整体电气系统安装工作。
Responsible for the electrical control cabinet wiring, termination, routing, and overall electrical system installation for extruders and auxiliary equipment.
2. 根据电气原理图、接线图及工艺要求，独立完成电气元件的选型核对、安装与线路连接。并对过程中出现的问题及时进行反馈。                                                    Independently complete the selection verification, installation, and wiring of electrical components according to electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and process requirements, and provide timely feedback on any issues encountered during the process.
3. 依据BOM文件核对物料的型号、规格及数量等信息是否齐备。                            Check the completeness of material information such as model, specification, and quantity against the BOM (Bill of Materials) documents.
4. 遵守公司装配规范及安全生产制度，做好工具、仪表及工作区域的5S管理。 Comply with the company's assembly specifications and safety production regulations, and maintain good 5S management of tools, instruments, and the work area.
5. 完成上级/经理交办的其他工作。公司管理层、员工手册和相关主管交办事项与职责。
All other duties requested by the supervisor, employee handbook and company management.

任职资格：
Qualification:
1. 中专及以上学历，需要低压电工证。
Technical school education or above, major in electrical, need low voltage electrician certificate.
2. 5年以上机械制造行业电气装配经验
More than 5 years of electrical assembly experience in the mechanical manufacturing industry.
3. 能熟练看懂电气原理图、端子图、布局图，熟悉变频器、伺服驱动器、PLC、温控仪表及继电器等元件的接线。
Proficient in reading electrical schematic diagrams, terminal diagrams, and layout drawings; familiar with the wiring of components such as frequency converters, servo drives, PLCs, temperature control instruments, and relays.
4. 掌握基本的办公软件操作。
Basic knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office (PPT, EXCEL, Word).
5. 良好的沟通能力，有团队精神以及自我提升意愿。
Good communication skills, strong team spirit, self-driven.
6. 沟通能力强，逻辑清晰，并能承担压力。
Good communication skills, logical thinking, able to work under pressure.
7. 工作积极主动，踏实细心，有责任心。
Proactive, work carefully, and have strong sense of responsibility.
