主要工作职责：
Job responsibilities:

1. 设备性能测试任务的执行以及测试中出现的各种异常情况处理。
Execution of equipment performance testing tasks and handling of various abnormal situations during testing.
2. 生产订单的装配任务。
Assembly tasks of production orders.
3. 操作设备的日常保养，测试台的日常维护管理，现场5S工作。
Daily maintenance of operating equipment, daily maintenance management of the test bench, on-site 5S work.
4. 配合公司完成客户现场调试，问题诊断，维修与协助。
Collaborate with the company to complete on-site customer debugging, problem diagnosis, maintenance, and assistance.
5. 完成公司管理层，员工手册和直属领导交办事项与职责。
Complete other tasks assigned by line manager, employee handbook and company management team.

任职资格：
Qualification:
1. 必备教育水平和技能 Necessary education and necessary additional skills
1) 大专及以上学历，机械相关专业。
College degree or above, majoring in mechanical-related fields.
2) 3年以上机械行业公司装配或者测试工作经验，了解泵的装配或测试流程。
More than 3 years of assembly or testing experience in the machinery industry, understanding the assembly or testing process of pumps.
3) 能看懂机械图纸、零部件图纸、装配图纸等。
Be able to understand mechanical drawings, component drawings, assembly drawings, etc.
4) 掌握基本的办公软件操作。
Basic knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office (PPT, EXCEL, Word).
5) 良好的沟通能力，有团队精神以及自我提升意愿，并能承担压力。
Good communication skills, strong team spirit, self-driven,able to work under pressure.
6) 工作积极主动，踏实细心，有责任心。
Proactive, work carefully, and have strong sense of responsibility.
7）    良好的英语读写能力。
Proficient in English reading and writing.
