1. Responsible for initiating new projects (injection molded products such as bottle preforms and bottle caps), tracking progress, and verifying and introducing molds.

2. Maintain efficient communication with the company's technology center, synchronize project progress and technical difficulties, and promote project implementation.
与公司技术中心保持高效沟通，同步项目进度、技术难点，推动项目落地。
3. Coordinate with relevant departments for new product production scheduling, verification, and shipment.
协调相关部门进行新产品排产、验证、出货等。
4. Maintain daily communication with the client, accurately understand and convey the client's quality standards, synchronize project progress, and promptly address issues raised by the client.
与客户保持日常沟通，准确理解传达客户质量标准、同步项目进度并及时处理客户提出的问题。
5. Ensure that all the latest product information and changes are updated and implemented internally.
确保所有最新的产品信息及变更在内部得到更新并执行。
6. Provide packaging solutions for new products and optimize existing product packaging solutions.
提供新产品包装方案，优化现有产品包装方案。
7、Supporting new business to make solution proposal that requires complex competence and experience, such as mold, process, IM machine, downstream(slitting, folding, CCD), layout, food grade environment, auxiliary machine, manpower design, quality criteria of food product;
支持新业务，能基于丰富的经验，提出解决方案建议，如模具、工艺、注塑机、下游（分切、折叠、CCD）、布局、食品级环境、辅助机器、人力设计、食品质量标准。

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical/automation and related majors.
    机械/自动化及相关专业的学士学位及以上；
2. At least 3 years of work experience in the injection molding industry, with 2 years of project management experience, preferably in plastic packaging projects.
    3年以上注塑行业工作经验，2年以上项目管理经验，塑料包装项目优先；
3. Familiar with standards of FSC22000 is preferred.
    熟悉 FSC22000 标准者优先；
4. Good Oral English skill.
    良好的英语口语表达能力；
5. Project management skills, communication skills, leadership, and the ability to maintain
good cooperation with (TC), suppliers, and factories.
    项目管理技能、沟通技能、领导力，能同（TC）、供应商和工厂之间保持良好的合作；
6. Solid IM background, familiarity with injection molding process, injection molding equipment, mold structure, especially bottle preform/cap molding is preferred.
    具备坚实的注塑背景；熟悉注塑工艺、注塑设备、模具结构、尤其瓶胚 / 瓶盖成型优先；
7. Planning and time management skills, Project engineer certificate is preferred.
    具备规划和时间管理能力; 拥有项目工程师证书者优先。
