主要职责（Main Responsibilities）:
•Run smoothly the "purchase request/purchase order/reception of goods'' system and its links with the Finance & Accounting Department
熟悉采购流程并熟练运用相关系统，数据与财务部门相对接
•Optimizes the purchasing strategy in order to keep the minimum stocks so as to guaranty the smooth operation of the plant and minimizes costs; Responsible for sourcing local suppliers; Purchases all consumables for all Departments
根据采购战略优化采购流程以保证库存最优化及成本最小化; 开发当地供应商; 负责所有部门相关的采购需求
•Communication with Customs house and other relevant government officers to keep updated knowledge on policies related to import/export/shipping; To ensure smooth customs clearance of each shipment
保持与当地海关和相关政府部门人员的沟通并了解进出口相关的政策；确保每批货物顺利通关
•Ensures accurate inventory and delivery on time
确保库存的准确性和准时交货
•Supervises warehouse associates and ensures team works together as efficiently as possible; ensure a smooth operating warehouse based on follow company EHS policy by every team member (i.e. waste, fuel, forklift, equipment, etc.)
管理仓库工作人员来确保仓库团队工作效率并基于团队每位成员遵守公司相关安全生产规定确保仓库顺利运作
•Implement a communication system with customer to ensure a minimum stock level in the plant and good delivery efficiency. To propose some logistic solution to the customer to improve the existing situation.
与客户保持密切沟通确保库存最小化与有效准时的交货并对现状提出有效的改进方案
•Update the material forecast accordingly.
及时更新原材料的需求预测
•Ensure the availability of the raw material for production.
保证原材料的正常生产供应
•Ensures to follow company policies and procedures and keeps a clean and safe work environment, following all company procedures and guidelines outlined by OSHA
确保遵循公司的制度及流程和保持良好安全的工作环境，遵循集团的方针及政策
•Cooperation with teamwork

•Minimum of 10 years similar working experience in manufacturing plant, 3 years management experience
至少有在生产型工厂相关工作经验10年，3年以上的管理经验。
•Full knowledge in supply chain is a plus
熟悉采购供应链
•Good computer skills
有良好电脑操作水平
•Proficiency of English (verbal, writing, listening)
有良好英文听说读写能力
•Very strong communication and coordination capabilities, troubleshooting skills
有良好的沟通能力、协作精神、解决问题能力
