RESPONSIBILITES:
工作职责
• Conduct routine testing following the standards requirements，Conduct non-standard testing based on special customer requirements. Record test data and be able to analyze and communicate results (e.g. notice irregularities)   
根据标准进行常规测试，根据客户特殊要求做非标测试。记录测试数据，并能够分析和汇报结果（例如：留意并指出异常情况）
• Install and operate fixtures /equipment
    安装和操作夹具/设备
• Assisting to develop and design test equipment/fixtures that meets required standards
    协助开发和设计符合要求标准的测试夹具和设备
• Carry out routine equipment maintenance
    执行设备常规维护
• Maintain a clean tools and working environment
    保持工具和工作环境整洁
• Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies
    遵守公司所有健康，安全及环境政策要求
• Follow all quality protocols and report any discrepancies to the Manager of Mechanical Testing
    遵守所有质量指令规程，并向经理汇报任何不符点
• Assist the Quality Manager with mechanical department quality matters
    协助质量经理处理机械部门相关质量事宜
• Ensure testing is following the latest standards and TPs
    确保测试是根据最新标准和实验室最新测试程序
• Ensure sample control processes for mechanical testing samples, such as proper tracking,    handling, and storage of all samples, are followed
确保遵循机械测试样品的样品控制流程，例如所有样品的正确跟踪、处理和储存

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
所需的技能和能力：
• Associate degree or higher，Major in Mechatronics is preferred
    教育：大专以上学历，机电专业优先
• Experience: 3+ years of mechanical testing experience required, bicycle(E-bike or scooter) and    outdoors sporting goods experience a plus
经验：需要3年以上的机械测试经验，有自行车(电助力或电动滑板车)和户外运动用品经验者优先
• Training: Participate in company mandated training and be able to demonstrate expert knowledge of ACT Lab’s most commonly used bicycle standards (i.e. ISO, CPSC, ASTM, etc.)
培训：参加公司规定的培训，并能够展示 ACT Lab 最常用的自行车标准（即 ISO、CPSC、ASTM 等）的专业知识。
• Technical knowledge: Strong mechanical engineering knowledge, especially when applied to quality control testing

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office computer skills/software
