Who you are:
Contribute and drive the organization in order to mantain and improve defined quality level of products/processes in accordance with legal requirements, Alfa Laval standard/specifications and customer requirements through effective quality management system and quality control methodologies

About the job:

1) Define the quality needed/specifications for raw materials like bar, coil, parting sheet, cap sheet, support qualifying new vendors, review SLR and material qualification plan, follow up supplier quality issues for these materials. 确认原材料的如封条铝卷钎焊板的质量要求及规范，支持新供应商的认证，审核实验室报告及材料认证计划，跟踪这些材料供应商的质量问题。
2) Define quality needed/specifications（geometry, metallurgy and cleanliness） for parts before brazing: fins, bars, parting sheets, follow up quality issues during manufacturing before and after brazing as much as necessary to ensure good brazing. 钎焊前确认原材料的如封条铝卷钎焊板的质量要求及规范（尺寸，冶金和清洁度），跟踪钎焊前后的质量问题，确保钎焊质量。
3) Prepare and/or sign off brazing documents for manufacturing, sign brazing book for ASME cores 准备和/或签署制造用钎焊文件，签署ASME焊芯钎焊书
4) Define or modify brazing cycles to optimize brazing quality and furnace efficiency/utilization, make choice of furnace if necessary, follow and monitor brazing cycle if needed 定义或修改钎焊周期以优化钎焊质量和炉效率/利用率，必要时选择炉，必要时跟踪和监控钎焊周期
5) Propose new brazing rules and modification of existing rules according to quality of brazed cores and requests from design office and process engineers, take decisions per brazing rules. 根据钎焊芯体的质量和设计办公室和工艺工程师的要求，提出新的钎焊规则和修改现有规则，并根据钎焊规则做出决定。
6) Review the FC-FS data sheets according to brazing rules and customer specification then feedback for modification and optimization

7) In charge of reviewing sketch to comply with brazing rule. 负责审核草图，确保符合钎焊规则。
8) Responsible for developing BPS/BPQR/BPQ, training and certifying brazers and brazing process for ASME/PED 负责制定BPS/BPQR/BPQ，培训和认证钎焊工和ASME/PED的钎焊工艺
9) Have all necessary examination and test done, design and prepare samples if needed, develop brazing and testing plan, analyze result of tests and create reports if needed. 完成所有必要的检查和测试，如果需要，设计和准备样品，制定钎焊和测试计划，分析测试结果，如果需要，创建报告。
10) Prepare MAWP tests and analyze test results then try to find the proper method to improve the MAWP values 准备MAWP测试，分析测试结果，寻找合适的方法来提高MAWP值
11) Prepare regular meetings with brazing engineers in France, share as much information as possible for issue-resolution and continuous improvements 准备与法国钎焊工程师的定期会议，分享尽可能多的信息以解决问题和持续改进
12) Manage discussion with customers on brazing when necessary.
必要时与客户就钎焊进行讨论。
13) Ensure brazing related activities no negative impact on safety and environment. 确保钎焊相关活动对安全和环境没有负面影响

Must必备技能
1. Good analyzing and judging skills;良好的分析判断能力；
2. Experience on    aluminum brazing technology and vacuum brazing furnaces; 有铝钎焊技术和真空钎焊炉经验；
3. Experience in laboratory on    aluminum material mechanical and chemical specifications, knowledge on aluminum processing control, metallurgical microstructure and welding;有实验室经验，关于铝材机械性能化学分析相关规范，了解铝材加工控制，金相组织和焊接；
4. Familiar with Microsoft office and AutoCAD 熟悉微软办公软件和AutoCAD
5. Good command of English in speaking, reading and writing;
良好的英语听说读写能力；
6. Must be well spirit of teamwork, willing to coach other people;
必须具有良好的团队合作精神，愿意指导他人；
7. Proven leadership style, ability to lead the brazing team 优秀的领导风格，领导钎焊团队的能力

What you know:
● At least a Bachelor's Degree major in Metal material engineering, material formation and processing, metallurgy and ect.
本科以上学历，金属材料工程、材料成型与加工、冶金等专业。
● At least 5 years' work experience in aluminum vacuum brazing is preferred.    5年以上真空铝钎焊工作经验尤佳。
