主要工作职责：
Job responsibilities:
1.泵组性能测试任务的执行。
Carrying out test orders.
2.生产订单的组装。
Assembling orders.
3.正确掌握本岗位设备的操作和工艺。
Correct operating and processing of equipment of this position.
4.完成生产以及测试定额任务。
Completed the production and test tasks.
5.操作设备的日常保养，现场5S工作。
Routine maintenance of equipment, field work of 5S.
6.完成领导交办的其他工作。
Complete any other tasks assigned by leaders.

任职资格：
Qualification:
1.大专及以上学历，机械相关专业。
Associate degree or higher, major in mechanical engineering or related fields.
2.3年以上机械行业公司装配或者测试工作经验，了解泵的装配或测试流程。
More than 3 years of experience in assembly or testing in the mechanical industry, with knowledge of pump assembly or testing processes.
3.能看懂机械图纸、零部件图纸、装配图纸等。
Able to read and understand mechanical drawings, component drawings, assembly drawings, etc.
4.掌握基本的办公软件操作。
Master the basic operations of office software.
5.良好的沟通能力，有团队精神以及自我提升意愿。
Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a willingness for self-improvement.
6.沟通能力强，逻辑清晰，并能承担压力。
Strong communication skills, clear logic, and the ability to handle pressure.
7.工作积极主动，踏实细心，有责任心。
Proactive, diligent, meticulous, and responsible in work.
8.有电工证优先。
Electrical work certificate preferred.
