工作职责但不限于：
• 进行常规测试
    Conduct routine testing
• 记录测试数据，并能够分析和沟通结果（例如，发现异常情况）
    Record test data and be able to analyze and communicate results (e.g. notice irregularities)
• 执行常规设备维护
    Carry out routine equipment maintenance
• 安装和操作设备及系统
    Install and operate equipment and systems
• 保持工作环境整洁
    Maintain a clean working environment
• 遵循所有质量规程，并向部门测试经理报告任何差异
    Follow all quality protocols and report any discrepancies to the Manager of Mechanical Testing
• 主要是从事物理和电测试，但不限于化学，头盔和物流
    Mainly responsible for physical and electrical testing-related work, but may also involve                chemical testing, helmet testing, and logistics department tasks.
• 可能被分配特殊或临时项目，实验室测试忙碌时，能配合公司加班要求
    May be assigned special or ad hoc projects，Able to work overtime as required during peak                aboratory testing periods

所需资格和技能：
• 教育： 要求大专学历，机电相关专业
    Education: Associates Degree required
• 经验： 1-2年机械测试经验优先，尤其是有自行车和户外运动用品相关经验和熟悉度
    Experience: 1-2 years mechanical testing experience a plus, especially experience and familiarity with bicycles and outdoors sporting goods   
• 培训： 参加公司规定的培训，并能够在培训结束时展示独立进行测试的能力
    Training: Participate in company mandated training and be able to demonstrate ability to                conduct testing independently at conclusion of training
• 技术知识： 具备扎实的测试概念与基础知识，并能够将概念应用于质量控制测试
    Technical knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of testing concepts and ability to apply concepts to quality control testing
• 技能Skills:                ：
o 处理样品和各种设备时具有良好的手眼协调能力
    Good hand/eye coordination when handling samples and various equipment
o 必须能够以安全、准确和及时的方式阅读、理解和遵循工作指导
    Must be able to read, understand, and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate, and timely manner
o 熟悉Microsoft Office及其他基本办公电脑技能/软件
    Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office computer skills/software
o 注重细节，能够在压力下良好工作
    Strong attention to detail, able to work well under pressure
o 良好的时间管理和沟通技巧
    Good time management and communication skills
o 能够与他人合作良好，也能独立工作
    Ability to work well with others and independently
o 英语读写能力优先
    English reading and writing skills a plus
