工作描述:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to assigned business units, supporting leaders in achieving business objectives through effective people management, organizational development, and HR initiatives.
This role combines operational HR execution with strategic workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
1. Strategic Business Partnership
• Partner closely with BU Head and functional leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Participate in business reviews and provide HR insights on workforce trends, capability gaps, and organization risks.
• Support workforce planning and headcount strategy aligned with business priorities.
2. Performance & Talent Management
• Drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and calibration to ensure managers set clear, measurable, and business-aligned objectives.
• Drive talent reviews to identify high potentials and build succession pipelines.
• Support managers in managing underperformance, including coaching and PIP implementation.
3. Organization & Leadership Development
• Support change management and communication during organizational changes
• Coach line managers on leadership effectiveness, team management, and conflict handling.
• Support leadership development initiatives and culture-building programs.
4. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
• Support hiring managers in defining role requirements and assessing candidates for critical roles
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure quality-of-hire.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and compliance.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and follow up on action plans
6. Support the line managers on people management, including the Employee hiring, transfer, training, leave process, and compliance topics and so, on.
7. Assigned other HR projects.
