• Performing regular maintenance visits for Annual Maintenance Contract orders.
• Calibration of ZwickRoell make machines and instruments at customer site.
• Prepare calibration certificates and submit the same to the customer on time and according to standards.
• Timely submission of service reports and checklists to the service planner for invoicing to customers.
• Analyzing faults / failures with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components.
• Determining nature and scope of fault / damage and advising customer with the proper follow-up procedures for procuring spare parts or arranging warranty replacement parts in accordance with commercial considerations.
• Follow-up with Service sales executive regularly for on-time submission of offers for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and calibration proposals for renewal.
• Advising customers regularly for spares & consumables of the machines and instruments for smooth operations.
• Follow up with Service sales executive for timely submission of spares, consumables and accessory proposals to the customer.
• Planning of customer visits in consultation with service planner.
• Utilize the CRM system to actively manage all service jobs.
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge and expertise of the ZwickRoell Product Portfolio and Applications to enhance confidence and service effectiveness.
• Submission of installation and calibration checklist to the service planners.
• Be trained in German HQ or other entity according to requirement.
• Other task resigned by line manager.
• Prefer location for Tianjin, Beijing, Suzhou.

Education
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Automation / Instrumentation)
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing of materials testing machines and instruments.
• Working experience in measurement and analytical instruments or materials testing would be advantageous.
Requirements

• 70% travel requirement.
