工作描述:
1.空缺岗位的招聘(发布招聘启事,简历筛选,面试邀请,面试接待及面试筛选,录用通知书发放)。
Recruitment of open positions (Posting of recruitment advertisements, screening of resumes,
invitation for interviews, reception and screening of interviews, issuance of acceptance letters).
2.员工入离职手续办理(入职资料确认,员工档案建立,入职培训等)。
Employees on board & resignation process including employee files, employee name list, orientation training etc.
3.定期对招聘数据进行维护、更新、统计规整;员工档案更新和维护等。
Regularly maintain and update the recruitment data,employee list,employee file.
4.根据内部考勤规则及时进行出勤记录核对,假单确认、数据维护、月度汇总等。
Kinds of attendance forms, records and reports check, maintain, review and summary.
5.部门内其它工作任务。

1. 全日制大专及以上学历。

2. 3年公司HR岗位工作经验,具备欧美等外资企业工作经验优先考虑。
Three years working experience on HR position, working experience in foreign enterprises such as Europe, America is preferred.
3. 工作主动,态度积极,理解和接受紧张的工作节奏和不断改进的工作理念。
