As a Recruitment Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions at TRUMPF China. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract high-quality talent across manufacturing, engineering, sales and corporate functions, while continuously enhancing candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.

1、负责招聘全流程，包括需求澄清、人才寻访、简历筛选、面试安排、Offer沟通及入职跟进Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition intake to onboarding
2、与用人经理深入沟通，明确岗位画像、关键能力和评估招聘优先级Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profile
3、确保招聘流程符合公司政策及相关合规要求Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local regulations
• 人才搜寻与渠道管理 Talent Sourcing & Channels
1、通过招聘网站、内推、校招等渠道进行人才搜寻Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and campus recruitment
2、持续评估和优化招聘渠道，提高招聘精准度和效率Continuously optimize sourcing strategies and channel effectiveness
3、建立并维护人才库，支持中长期人才储备Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
• 面试与候选人体验 Interview & Candidate Experience
• 数据与流程优化 ｜ Data & Process Improvement
1、跟踪并分析招聘数据，如招聘周期、渠道效果、Offer接受率等Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, etc.)
2、参与招聘流程、系统或工具的持续优化Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools
3、支持项目型工作Support projects related work

Knowledge and skills:
• 熟悉招聘全流程及主流招聘渠道solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing channels
• 具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力Strong communication and coordination skills
• 数据意识强，注重流程与效率Data-driven mindset with attention to process optimization
• 熟练使用 Excel、PowerPoint、Power BI 等办公及数据分析工具，具备基础数据分析与可视化能力Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and other office or data analysis tools; capable of basic data analysis and visualization

Language:
• Chinese native speaker. 中文（普通话）作为母语.
• 英语要能作为工作语言，特别是口语Fluent English in daily working environment including listening, speaking, reading and writing.
