1.遵守公司和部门各项规章制度，配合各部门完成各项相关工作。

2.配合销售部门根据客户的需求提供工艺方案和技术支持，对客户提供售前售中售后工艺支持, 必要时需要出差到客户现场。
Cooperate with sales team and provide process propose and support according to customer requirement, provide process support to customer before/in/after sale, need to visit customer if necessary.
3.负责新设备的螺杆组合设计，工艺配置，为客户答疑解惑。
Be responsible for screw configuration and process design, solve doubts for customer.
4.如有必要，需要到客户现场进行工艺调试、培训等，包括新老设备。
It is required come to customer site to do commissioning, training, including the newly and past sold extruder, if necessary.
5.处理日常客户工艺交流、投诉等工艺相关的问题。
Handle daily customer process communication, complaints and other process-related issues.
6.为其它部门提供必要的工艺支持。
Provided process support for other departments.   
7.负责部分项目的实验对接、执行、追踪、反馈等任务，并做好相关记录和文档工作。
Responsible for trial communication, execution, tracking, feedback, and dealing with related paperwork.
8.为各种会议和研讨会准备并展示技术报告。
Preparing and presenting technical presentations at conferences, meetings and seminars.
9.必要时需要到海外出差。
Have to travel to worldwide if necessary.
10.不断提高自身的业务能力，认真参加公司组织的各种培训。
Keep improving service ability, be actively attend kinds of training organized by company.
11.负责出差以及现场服务过程中的人身和设备安全。
Need to ensure personal and equipment safety during business trip and on-site service.
12.合理安排出差时间及交通，自觉做好差旅费用控制。
Can arrange travel time and transportation reasonably and control travel expenses consciously.
13.公司管理层，员工手册和直属领导交办事项与职责。
All other duties requested by line manager, employee handbook and company management.

1.2年以上塑料改性工艺或配方设计经验。
2.对挤出机有一定的了解或使用经验。
3.沟通能力强，逻辑清晰，并能承担压力，能接受长时间的出差。需要有海外出差，一般每次1~2周，每年1~4次。
4.工作积极主动，踏实细心，有责任心。
