Main tasks主要任务
1. Focus on pump spare parts and service business, and get orders;专注低温泵备品备件和服务业务并获得订单；
2. Promote spare pump business, and get orders;推广备泵项目并获得订单；
3. Understand and find customers’ core requirement, maintain the relationship of existing customers, collect and analysis customer voice, improve customer satisfaction level;了解和掌握客户核心需求，维护现有客户关系，搜集分析客户反馈，不断提高客户满意度；
4. Develop new customers;积极开拓新客户；
5. Cooperate with service engineer team, improve the awareness and competiveness of brand and products in the market;与售后工程师团队通力合作，提升品牌和产品在市场的知名度和竞争力；
6. Cooperate with new pump sales, support new pump sales for the customer development, new project exploration and getting orders;与新泵销售通力合作，支持新泵销售的客户开发，项目挖掘和订单获取；
7. According company’s sales plan and strategy, continue to improve own sales strategy and sales way, give reasonable and good suggestion to leader and company;根据公司整体销售计划与战略，对自身的销售策略和销售方式不断改进和完善，向上级和公司提出合理的建议和意见；
8. Learn and hold the related knowledge of products, technical and industry;学习和掌握相关产品、技术和行业相关知识；
9. Complete regular report on time;及时完成日常工作报告

Must必备技能
1. Good English communication skills and PC application skills;良好的英语沟通能力和电脑操作能力；
2. Adapt to business trips. 适应出差。
3. Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience. 至少3年及以上销售工作经验。
4. Bachelor’s degree and above in machinery related technical degree;本科及以上学历，机械相关技术专业

Preferred优选项
1. Experience with after-sales service sales preferred;售后服务销售经验优先；
2. Experience with ASU, O&G industry preferred;空分、油气行业经验优先；
3. Experience with chemical process equipment sales preferred.化工工艺流程设备销售经验优先
