工作内容：
1.组织对客户抱怨的分析、措施、效果验证及回复；
Organize to analysis, take action, verify and response for the customer complaint;
2.负责客户平台的日常维护；
Responsible for maintenance the customer platform;
3.负责客户端质量绩效的收集和内部传递；
Response for collecting the quality performance from customer side;
4.负责执行客户端要求的外部测试；
Conduct the external testing which required from customer;
5.参与客户审核；
Take part in the customer audit;
6.协助质量经理执行产品安全相关的管理；
Support quality manager to conduct the PSB management;
7.负责客户端应用问题的分析和沟通
Responsible for analyze and communicate for the application problem at the client

应聘要求：
1.专科以上学历
College degree or Bachelor Degree
2.机械或工程类专业背景；
Major in mechanical, engineer or management
3.3 年以上汽车行业质量管理体系相关工作经验
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Quality System Management in automotive industry.
4.熟悉汽车行业质量管理工具,如APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA/8D/QC7等   
Skilled for the quality management tools in auto industry，e.g APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA/8D/QC7.
5. 熟悉VDA 6.3 过程审核；
Skilled for Vda 6.3 process audit.
6. 较强的逻辑思维及分析能力
Strong logical thinking and analysis capability;
7.掌握Office 等办公软件使用
Skilled computer such office software
8.英语口语及书写
basic oral and writing English
9.沟通能力强，团队协作，认真负责   
Good communication skill, team work ,responsible       
10.熟悉大众、宝马、戴姆勒等主机厂特殊要求
Know well of auto industry quality management, familiar with special requirement of auto OEM e.g. VW/BMW/Daimler requirement
