a. Provide support for manufacturing prototype.
为制作样件提供支持

In phase “3” 在第三阶段
a.Participate the equipment acceptance process
参予设备接受过程

In Phase “4” 在第四阶段
a. Basic maintenance according to TPM Doc.
依据TPM文件完成设备的基础维护
b. Responsible for training to manufacturing staff for TPM.   
负责生产员工TPM的培训

In the normal production 在正常生产中

a.Responsible for daily equipment/process issue identification and solve small problems.
负责日常设备/过程问题的识别并初步判断，解决简单问题
b.Responsible for process parameter setting & adjustment
负责设备工艺参数的设置及调整
c.Responsible for assisting equipment break down issues solving.
负责协助停机维修
d.Responsible for production process issues solving daily.
配合生产线过程异常的处理
e.Responsible for monitoring TPM implementing.
负责监控全员生产维护的执行
f.Responsible for daily maintenance and changeover of key equipment.
负责关键设备的日常维护，及关键设备的换型。
g.Provide support for manufacturing prototype and trial run parts.
为样件制作及试验件制作提供支持
h.Train operators and train Quality Alert to operators.
培训操作工，培训质量警报给操作工

1、职高及以上学历——机械相关专业优先
2、一年以上生产制造经验
3、懂机械制图
5、有设备维护、点检、调试经验者优先
6、工作踏实，为人诚恳，动手能力强
7、吃苦耐劳，具有团队协作精神
