o 负责加工的程序编制；
o Be responsible to make machining program
o 负责提供合理的NC程序用于加工生产;
o Be responsible provide reasonable NC program fit for production
o 负责程序管理工作;
o Be responsible for the program management
o 协助现场操作者解决程序使用过程中出现的问题，并相应地提出解决方案；
o Assist the operators to solve the problem of program during operation, and propose the relevant solution
o 协助优化检查夹具和刀具，工艺的准备工作等；
o Assist to optimize and check clampings and tools, preparation of process technic…ect.
o 协助部门持续优化工作;
o Assist for department on continuous optimization work
o 协助ECM管理工作;
o Assist ECM management work
任职要求：
o 机械/机电/数控类或相关专业专科以上学历；Mechnics / Mechnical&Electrical / CNC or other related major, College degree or above.
o 5年以上机械加工经验，具有机械加工工艺、扎实的金属切削刀具理论知识；Above 5years experience on machining, with ability on mechanical technique and solid theoretical knowledge of metal cutting tools.
o 熟悉各种刀具的应用，熟悉数控机床的刀具配置和选型。Familiar with the application for kinds of tools and familiar with tools configuration and type selection of CNC machine.
o 熟练使用UG加工模块、AUTO CAD及Office办公软件；Mastery of UG drafting, CAD and Office software.
o 了解Heidenhain、SIEMENS、MAZAK、FANUC操作系统，并可以手工或模块编程;Understand Heidenhain、SIEMENS、MAZAK、FANUC operation system and make manual or module program.
o 了解SAP及TDM系统; understand SAP and TDM system
