工作描述:
1.Establishment and maintenance of customer relationship: responsible for the development of new customers and the maintenance of existing customers, through proactive use of door-to-door visits, phone calls, emails, visits to exhibitions, and other communication channels, to engage with customers and conduct targeted marketing activities, to establish long-term, stable customer relationships;
客户关系建立与维护:负责新客户的开发与现有客户的维护,积极主动的利用登门拜访,电话,邮件和参观展会等沟通手段,与客户进行有针对性的联系和营销工作,建立长期稳定的客户关系;
2.Market research and analysis: regular research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and target customers, to provide information support for the optimization of the company's products and services, and to develop targeted sales strategies;
市场调研与分析:定期进行市场趋势、竞争对手及目标客户的调研分析,为公司产品和服务的优化提供信息支持,制定针对性的销售策略;
3.Achievement of sales targets: according to the company's sales targets, the development of individual sales plan and effective implementation, to ensure the completion of the established sales targets.
达成销售目标:根据公司销售目标,制定个人销售计划并有效执行,确保完成既定的销售指标。
4.Product promotion and sales: in-depth understanding of the company's products and services, to introduce the advantages of the product to the customer, to provide professional solutions, to facilitate sales transactions.
产品推广与销售:深入了解公司产品及服务,向客户介绍产品优势,提供专业的解决方案,促成销售成交。
5.Contract negotiation and signing: participate in business negotiations, prepare contract text, negotiate contract terms with customers, ensure the smooth signing of the contract and subsequent implementation.
合同谈判与签订:参与商务谈判,准备合同文本,与客户协商合同条款,确保合同的顺利签订及后续执行。
6.After-sales service and support: coordinate internal resources to provide customers with the necessary after-sales service, technical support, assist in handling customer complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction.
售后服务与支持:协调内部资源,为客户提供必要的售后服务和技术支持,协助处理客户投诉,提升客户满意度。
7.Payment collection management: tracking the implementation of sales contracts to ensure that sales payments are collected on time.
回款管理:跟踪销售合同的执行情况,确保销售款项按时回收。
8.Teamwork and information sharing: work closely with the foreign sales team and report regularly to supervisors and the Managing Director. Share customer visit reports, sales experience, and market information.
团队协作与信息共享:与国外销售团队紧密合作,并定期向上级主管及总经理汇报。分享客户拜访报告、销售经验及市场信息。
9.Moreover the Employee have to do other work, according to instructions made by their chief.

其他要求:
•Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the metal-processing industry, ideally in the sales of stainless-steel wire/bar/profile.;
至少5年金属加工行业的销售经验,最好是不锈钢丝/棒材/型材的销售经验;
•Familiar with knowledge of marketing, sales and customer relationship management.;
熟悉市场营销、销售和客户关系管理知识;
•Knowledge of metals and their respective properties;

•Excellent communication and co-ordination skills with the ability to build good relationships with customers; excellent negotiation skills and the ability to solve problems at different decision-making levels of customers, and the ability to handle complex business situations independently;
