MAIN AC C O UN TA BI LI TIES/主要职责
1. New project product evaluation, assembly equipment and assembly time evaluation
新项目产品评估，组装设备、组装工时评估；
2. Make the Packaging plan for m o u l ding parts , purchasing parts, finished-goods.
编写包装作业指导书用于注塑零件，采购零件及成品；
3. Set up the prototype assembly line.
建立原型产品的装配线;
4. Assembly line layout planning and build up,and op t i m i s e the serial assembly line.
装配线布局规划和 建立并优化量产装配线；
5. Define the work instruction for prototype assembly and serial production.
确定原型装配和量产装配的作业指导书；
6. Fixture analysis and management.
工装夹具的分析与管理；
7. Assembly process analysis and improvement.
装配过程的分析与改善；
8. Create the daily check list and maintenance plan for assembly line.
建立装配线日常点检表和保养计划；
9. Computer and software management for Shop floor.
车间里的电脑和软件管理；
10. All label info management on products.
所有产品标签信息管理；
11. Finishing other work required by the supervisor.
完成上级领导临时交办的其它合理工作。

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/岗位资格要求:
1. Education background and working experience:
教育背景与工作经历：
- College’s degree or above;
大专或以上学历
- Have at least 5 year the working background of mechanical or assembly .
有至少5年机械或装配行业工作背景；
2. Skill/技能:
- Know the bill of material of products and the methods of assembly,packaging.
熟悉产品的配料和装配，包装方法；
- Certain sense and experience on Lean production and K a i zen.
有一定的精益生产和现场改善经验。
3. Responsible, action oriented, drive for results. Good interpersonal and team working skills;
有责任心，工作主动，具备团队合作能力和精神；
4. Analytical thinking, ability of strong communication and negotiation skills;
具有良好的分析能力，良好的沟通能力和谈判能力；
5. Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
具有良好的英语书写和口语能力；
6. Good knowledge of Microsoft office;
能熟练应用办公软件；
7. Mastery knowledge: Q S aim & policy; Company aim & philosophy; FPS process, administration working procedure. Basic knowledge of finance and business administration if necessary.
掌握知识：质量方针目标；公司目标和纲领；行政工作流程；财务和行政管理基础知识。
8. Quality System/质量体系要求：
Be familiar with 16949 and 14001.
熟悉 16949质量管理体系及 14001环境管理体系。
