Job Summary and Key Objectives 职位概述及关键目标
负责对接产品需求、完成产品选型与方案设计；专注于产品生产流程的持续优化、工艺改进及效率提升与成本控制；独立完成工艺方案设计、参数调试、文档编制，解决生产过程中的工艺技术难题；确保产品工艺稳定、高效、合规，为产品质量保障、产能达成及市场竞争力提升提供核心技术支撑。
Responsible for gathering product requirements, performing product selection and solution design; driving continuous production process optimization, process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost control; independently developing process plans, debugging parameters, preparing documentation, and resolving technical issues; ensuring stable, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes to deliver core technical support for quality assurance, capacity targets, and enhanced market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责
1. 产品需求对接、选型与方案设计    Product requirement alignment, selection and solution design
• 对接外部客户需求，分析产品技术要求，完成产品选型与定制化方案设计；
Engage external customer needs, analyze technical requirements, and deliver product selection and customized solutions.
• 基于产品方案，设计或优化相应的生产工艺路线与流程；
Design or optimize corresponding production process routes and flows based on product solutions.
• 编制技术方案文档，包括产品配置、工艺可行性分析及初步成本评估。
Compile technical solution documents, including product configuration, process feasibility analysis, and preliminary cost estimation.
2. 现有工艺优化与改进 Existing Process Optimization & Improvement
• 分析现有生产工艺的效率瓶颈、质量痛点及成本构成，制定针对性工艺优化方案（如精益生产、自动化改造、流程简化）；
Analyze efficiency bottlenecks, quality pain points and cost structures of existing production processes, and formulate targeted process optimization plans (such as lean production, automation transformation, process simplification).
• 实施工艺改进项目，跟踪优化效果，验证改进收益，降低产品不良率、提升生产效率及资源利用率。
Implement process improvement projects, track optimization effects, verify improvement benefits, reduce product defect rates and improve production efficiency and resource utilization.
3. 工艺文档编制与管理 Process Documentation Compilation & Management
• 编制并持续更新全套工艺文件，包括作业指导书（SOP）、工艺流程图、工艺参数表、检验标准及设备操作规范；
Compile and continuously update a full set of process documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), process flow charts, process parameter tables, inspection standards and equipment operation specifications.
• 确保工艺文档的准确性、完整性与可操作性，为生产、质量、维护等部门提供清晰的技术依据。
Ensure the accuracy, completeness and operability of process documents, providing clear technical basis for production, quality, maintenance and other departments.
4. 工艺技术支持与问题解决 Process Technical Support & Problem Solving
• 为生产一线提供工艺技术指导，解答操作人员的工艺疑问，规范操作行为，确保工艺标准落地执行；
Provide technical guidance to frontline production, address operator process questions, standardize operations, and ensure adherence to process standards.
• 快速响应并解决生产过程中的工艺异常、质量问题，分析根本原因并制定预防措施，形成闭环管理；
Quickly respond to and solve process abnormalities and quality problems in production, analyze root causes and formulate preventive measures to form closed-loop management.
• 定期开展工艺合规性 audit，跟踪工艺执行情况，及时发现并纠正偏差。
Conduct regular process compliance audits, track process execution status, and promptly identify and correct deviations.
5. 跨部门协作与资源协同 Cross-departmental Collaboration & Resource Coordination
• 对接研发部门，同步产品设计变更信息，及时调整工艺方案，对接销售、项目管理部门，深入理解产品需求与客户技术要求，确保工艺方案精准匹配；
Coordinate with sales and project management departments to gain an in-depth understanding of product requirements and customer technical specifications, ensuring process solutions accurately match needs.
• 配合生产、质量、采购、设备维护等部门，推进工艺优化、物料验证、设备调试等相关工作；
Cooperate with production, quality, procurement, equipment maintenance and other departments to promote process optimization, material verification, equipment commissioning and other related work.
• 收集行业前沿工艺技术信息，开展内部技术交流与分享，提升团队整体工艺水平。
Collect cutting-edge process technology information in the industry, conduct internal technical exchanges and sharing, and improve the overall process capabilities of the team.
6. 完成上级经理分配的其他职责

Know-How 知识
• 本科及以上学历，理工类专业优先。
Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3-5 年以上产品工艺开发相关工作经验，有工艺设计、优化经验者优先；
At least 3-5 years of experience in product process development; preferred candidates have process design and optimization experience.
• 精通生产工艺开发流程、工艺优化方法（如 DFM、精益生产、6Sigma）优先；
Proficiency in the production process development flow and process optimization methods (such as DFM, lean production, 6Sigma) is preferred.
• 了解行业技术趋势、质量标准（如 ISO）及合规要求，掌握工艺风险评估与控制的核心知识。
Understand industry technical trends, quality standards (such as ISO) and compliance requirements, and master core knowledge of process risk assessment and control.

Skills技能
• 熟练使用 CAD、SolidWorks 等绘图软件；
Proficient in drawing software such as CAD, SolidWorks.
• 具备基本的英文读写及口语交流能力。
Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• 出色的问题解决与逻辑分析能力，能快速定位工艺问题根源并制定有效解决方案；
