主要职责：
1、Support product engineer for validation quotation during RFQ phase
            协助产品工程师对实验验证在报价阶段的报价工作
2、During validation process, continuous to optimize the validation cost
        在测试过程中，持续优化过程中发生的测试成本
3、Support product engineer and create validation relevant documents, incl. but not limited to validation plan, validation schedule, test report, etc.
        协助产品工程师创建及完成实验相关文件，包括但不限于实验大纲，实验计划，实验报告等
4、Problem solving thinking, be able to find a proper way for possible test method according to validation spec.; Evaluate test result & submit possible improvement solution
        解决问题导向思维，并能通过合理的方法根据客户要求搭建实验方法；对于实验结果能够合理分析，并提出潜在改善方案
5、As a window person to customer lab. and external lab. About validation topic
        针对实验验证议题，作为窗口面对客户实验室及外部实验室
6、As owner of test benches, manage test resources internal & external
        作为实验台架责任人，管理实验室内部及外部资源
7、As per purchase procedure, use relative system to buy service and material
        根据采购流程，用相关的系统购买外包服务及耗材
8、As per test schedule, design and purchase test jigs, especially vibration fixture
        根据测试计划的需要，设计及采购测试工装，尤其是振动工装
9、As per customer requirement, buy test bench and broaden test capacity
        根据客户需求，购买设备和拓展实验室能力
10、Create test bench maintenance plan and calibration plan
        制定实验室设备维护保养计划及设备校准计划
11、Support and building test benches according to requirement
        根据实验要求协助搭建实验台架
12、Join in the failure analysis when issue happens
        当问题出现时，参与失效分析
13、Support the customer audit for the certification of performing test
        通过客户认证并能完成相关测试
14、Train the colleges in lab.
        培训实验室的其他成员
15、Other defined tasks according to actual situation
        其他根据实际情况所指定的工作任务
任职要求：
1、Wide experiences of validation within automotive industry, especially plastic product (or system) under engine hood & thermal dynamic plastic part
        拥有广泛的汽车行业实验验证经验，特别是涉及发动机引擎盖下及热动态相关的塑料件产品（或系统）
2、Good communication skill with cross function & external
        拥有良好的跨部门及对外的沟通技巧
3、Knowing laboratory approval process of OEMs and region
        了解OEMs及地区（或国家）实验室批准流程
4、Good English capability both in oral & written (at least CET6 or B2.1)
        拥有良好的英语口语及书写能力（至少CET6或B2.1）
5、Be active, flexible & innovative thinking
        积极主动，灵活及创新思维
