1.年度环境、健康、安全工作重点及目标的跟踪和监控，对目标的偏离及时给出预警和纠正。
Follow up and monitoring annual EHS key work and objectives, correct and warning any situation that deviated from target.
2.收集国家、地方的安全、健康、环境法规政策及太仓当地安全、消防、环保、职业健康等监管部门的即时政策和要求，并转化为公司内部行动计划。
Collect EHS relevant laws and regulations of national and local government, collect the real-time requirements from emergency management bureau & fire-bureau & environment protection bureau & health commission, and transfer all these requirements into action plan inner company.
3.协助编制公司三级安全教育培训教材，跟踪闭环管理新员工及临时工三级安全培训。
Assist in establishing” three-level” safety training materials and follow up the implementation of training of new employee and temporary employee.
4.协助生产运营部门辨识特种设备操作、特种作业需求，安排委外培训，确保持证上岗。
Support production and operation department in identifying the demand of special equipment operation and special work and arrange outsourcing training to ensure relevant employee work with certificate.
5.对工厂进行定期巡查；确保EHS相关问题得到及时的纠正及预防，并提供整改的建议和指导；参与公司及部门的危险源、环境因素辨识、评价和控制。
Regular check site to ensure we find and correct EHS problems and take precautions in time. Take part in identify and assess and control hazards and environmental aspects.
6.按照计划对气压、气密、登高、受限空间、移动吊装、叉车作业等高风险作业进行监督检查，确保其不偏离作业程序要求。
Inspect and supervise high risk job such as PN testing, air-leakage testing, height work, confined space, mobile lifting, forklift driving etc. to make sure they follow with SOP .
7.协助各部门解决执行过程中遇到的EHS相关问题，从专业角度给与指导和建议。
Help other department to solve EHS relevant problems encountered, and provide professional advice and suggestion.
8.参与事故的调查处理与整改措施的追踪和落实。
Support in Investigating and reporting EHS accident, follow up with improvement actions.
9.参与编写、审核安全环境体系文件及相关作业指导书。
Participate in write or review procedure and work instruction of EHS management system.
10.组织实施安全、环境体系的内审、管理评审、第三方监督审核工作。
Organize and implement EHS management system management review and internal、external audit.
11.协助制定年度应急演练计划并组织实施。Assist in making and implementing annual emergency plan and drill.
12.协助人事部门开展职业危害岗位体检工作，如体检机构的筛选、联系，入职、调岗、岗中、离岗、应急体检等。 Support HR department to implement occupational health examination, such as select and contact with professional examination institution, physical    checkup    for entry and exit、job transformation and emergency incident.
13.外来相关方的管理，包括但不限于EHS相关资质审查、管理协议签订、入场培训、施工安全、环境监管、违规处罚等。Foreign interest party management, including but not limited to qualification check of EHS related、sign EHS agreement、training、supervise work    and give punishment for any violation of our requirements.
14.主导新项目、新工艺、新材料、新设备、新技术的变更管理工作、确保变更符合国家、地方法规要求及满足公司安全运营需要。In charge of MOC work of new project & new process& new materials &new equipment & new technology to ensure our operation comply with safety requirement.

Must 必备技能
1. 本科及以上学历，环境、健康、安全相关技术专业。Bachelor’s degree and above in Environmental, Health and Safety relevant technical degree.
2. 熟练的英语沟通能力和电脑操作能力 Proficient English communication skills and PC application skills
3.EHS相关基础专业知识        Basical EHS relevant knowledge.
4.良好的团队协作能力与较强的抗压能力Good team-work player and can work under pressure.

Preferred 优先项
有压力容器或重工行业安全管理经验者优先。Preferred experience in pressure vessel manufacturing or heavy industry.
