Job Summary:
- Customs clearance and transportation
- Coordinate with internal team and freight forwarder
- Arrange customs clearance for imported material and machines
- Update latest date both in SAP system and shipping report
- Arrange finished good to domestic customers and international customer

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal team and freight forwarder to pick up and deliver the oversea raw material and equipment on time
- Monitor ETA of the shipment. Update latest date both in SAP system and shipping report timely.
- Communicate with broker and preparing customers clearance documents to local authority department to ensure the imported part arrived on time.
- Arrange finished good to domestic customers and international customer to meet on time delivery.
- Control and optimize overall freight optimization
- Maintain good relationship with the relevant government departments to ensure smooth use of the system.
- Manage broker and forwarder daily performance and responsible for optimization.
- Work closely with Tax team to ensure import parts under the proper price.

Educational Background (Language):   
- College degree or above
- Fluent Chinese and English skills

Job Relevant Knowledge and skills:   
- Familiar with freight forwarder and broker daily management
- Familiar with customer clearance process, with certificate related on custom declaration is preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills   
- Computer literate in Excel, Word and Power point
