Analyze historical trends and forecast accuracy to improve planning models

Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging in line with production plans

Liaise with procurement to flag material risks, MOQ issues, and supplier lead times

Track PO execution, lead time adherence, and supplier reliability

4）Logistics & Fulfillment Support

Coordinate with logistics teams for dispatch planning and distribution alignment

Optimize transportation and warehouse usage where needed

Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery targets are met

5）Data, Systems & Reporting

Maintain planning data in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Kingdee)
维护ERP/MRP系统（如金蝶）中的计划数据
Generate regular planning reports, KPIs, and dashboards
生成定期计划报告、kpi和仪表板
Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes
在计划过程中支持持续改进

Qualifications职位要求:
1)Education:Full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in supply chain management,Operations Management, business administration, international trade or related fields is preferred.
教育背景：全日制本科及以上学历，供应链管理、运营管理、工商管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先。

2)Professional Skills Required
专业技能要求：
·    3+ years of experience in supply chain planning or production planning (preferably in food or FMCG).
3年以上供应链计划或生产计划经验（食品或快消品优先）。
·    Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
熟悉ERP系统（SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics）。
·    Advanced Excel skills;    experience with forecasting/planning tools a plus.
高级Excel技能；有预测/计划工具经验者优先。
·    Have working experience in multinational enterprises or leading manufacturing companies.
有跨国企业或制造业头部企业工作经验。
·    Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety standards is an advantage.
熟悉GMP， HACCP或食品安全标准者优先
·    Fluency in English
