1、 负责产品的最终质量检验，各工程的首检质量确认及过程间的巡检，并做好相应检验纪录Be responsible for final inspection, first piece check , tour inspection in shop and Inspection record；
2、 填写补料申请并及时向工程师反馈信息Remake request and feedback to engineer；
3、 负责生产与质量部门的联络Liase between the production cell and the quality department.
4、 比较质量结果并公布数据Collates the quality performance from the system for the cell and publishes the graphs and data.
5、 对内部不良品进行比较、调查并采取纠正措施以起到监督作用Collates, investigates and drives corrective action for internal defects in association with the production supervision.
6、 对新员工进行培训并检验效果，以保证得到批准Measure the effectiveness of training of new employees and validates their approval.
7、 安全操作以避免人身伤害、机器或财产损失Work in safe manner in order to satisfy Health and Safety legislation and to avoid accident or injury to people, machinery or property.
8、 负责相关量具管理，保证其正常使用Responsible for measuring gages management.
9、 负责产品包装Responsible for packing of products.
10、 完成领导安排的其他工作Complete other assigned tasks.

1、 识读机械制图、工艺卡、说明及其他技术文件Ability to read drawings, work cards, specifications and other technical documents；
2、 熟练使用各种量器具Ability to use measure equipment skillfully；
3、 有较强的安全意识Have good sense of safety.
