工作描述:
1)Handle quality issue occurred in customer site quickly, stop quality risk on customer site. Re-Check the on-site issues together with customer engineer, and take actions for releasing, rework and return, etc.
迅速处理客户端发生的质量问题,第一时间在客户端遏制质量风险。对客户端出现的不良进行复判,与客户沟通,采取放行、返工和退货分析等措施。
2)As customer interface, transfer and share customer feedback and information to QM and plant;also transfer BOS information(after conformed by QM) to customer ,if customer required.
作为客户端的接口之一,第一时间向质量经理及工厂传递客户反馈和信息,如客户有要求,将经质量经理确认的BOS信息反馈给客户。
3)Collect product quality information, report the quality performance on customer site to QM and plant regularly
收集客户端的产品质量表现信息,并定期向质量经理和工厂汇报质量表现。
4)Assist and arrange any customer return products to plant,report the return product information to QM. CQE and Logistic department.
协助并安排客户退件的相关工作,并将相关信息反馈给质量经理、CQE、物流人员。
5)Assist the 3rd sorting company ( if customer require) to sorting products in customer site and warehouse, report the sorting status to QM and plant
协助第三方公司在客户现场或者库存进行挑选工作,并将相关信息和状况反馈给质量经理和工厂。
6)Maintain customer relationship, ensure a smooth communication load with customer
维护好客户关系,保证沟通渠道顺畅无碍。
7)Assist CQE to arrange any quality issue on customer site,if necessary ,complete 8D report together with Q-team.
协助CQE处理客户端的任何质量问题,如需,和团队一起完成8D报告。
8)If necessary ,assist other department to help handle issue in customer site
如有需求,协助其他部门处理客户端发生的相关事项。
9)Any other works assigned by supervisors.
主管指定的其他任何工作。

其他要求:
1)Bachelor degree or above, major or experience in mechanical field.
大学以上学历,机械相关专业。
2)More than three years related working experience in automotive parts assembly enterprise.
3年以上汽车零部件装配企业相关工作经验,
3)JAC & Huawei Auto project experience preferable.
有江淮、华为汽车项目经验优先。
4)Open minded and creative, can work under high pressure.
有创新精神,能承受压力工作。
5)Obey all customer requirements when work in customer site, not allow to go against BOS and customer behavior requirements.
遵守BOS 和客户的相关要求,注意言行举止,维护BOS的形象。
