RESPONSIBILITIES：
负责管理日常来料检验工作，按照公司的QMS要求对供应商所提供的物料进行检验以确保及时有效的发现不良品，维持生产的正常运行，同时协调各方解决来料质量问题协助相关人员对供应商质量进行持续改善。

1. Understand and implement company culture, quality policy, incoming inspection related procedure, working instructions
理解并落实公司文化，质量方针以及与进料检验相关的程序文件，作业指导书，并按要求开展日常工作
2. Monitor daily incoming inspection activity to ensure incoming goods are inspected timely and effectively
监控日常来料检验工作的及时性及有效性，确保及时准确的完成到货物料的检验工作
3. Define and dynamically update inspection protocol according to supplier quality performance
根据供应商的来料表现制订动态的检验计划
4. Coordinate incoming goods quality issue with cross functions, ensure defects can be disposed timely, quality risk is under control
协调处理来料过程中发现的质量问题，保证不良品及时得到处理，质量风险得到有效控制
5. Manage inspector by monitoring their daily performance, help team members to improve their skill competency
对来料检验人员进行绩效考核，帮助团队成员提升技能
6. Responsible for the 5S and HES at incoming inspection area
负责来料检验区域的5S， HES相关事务
7. Fulfill other tasks which are assigned by line Manager
完成上级领导分配的其它任务

QUALIFICATIONS：
1. More than 8 years quality field working experience, Bachelor or above education with mechanical or equivalent major
8年及以上的质量相关领域工作经验, 机械类本科及以上学历
2. Good quality sense and troubleshooting skills, be able to independently solve problem in daily work
较好的质量意识及问题分析解决能力，能够独立解决工作中所遇到的问题
3. Be able to implement quality 7 tools，8D reports, basic six sigma knowledge is plus
会使用质量七大手法，8D报告，了解基础的六西格玛相关知识
4. Capable to use general measuring tools and equipment, CMM experience is prefeed
具备通用检验量具、仪器以及三坐标的使用能力
5. Understand QMS（eg. IOS9001） requirement
理解QMS（如：ISO9001）质量管理体系要求
6. Good communication and team work ability
良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力
