工作职责 (Job Responsibilities)
1. 制定并监督加工车间生产计划，确保订单任务按时完成。
Develop and supervise the production schedule for the machining workshop to ensure timely completion of order tasks.
2. 协调生产资源（设备/人员/物料），优化流程提升效率。
Coordinate production resources (equipment/personnel/materials) and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
3. 监控加工过程及员工作业流程，确保稳定的加工状态。
Monitor machining processes and employee workflows to ensure stable machining conditions.
4. 优化加工工艺，解决现场工艺、质量等问题。
Optimize machining processes and resolve on-site process and quality issues.
5. 定期组织不良品分析会，提出改进方案以降低报废率。
Organize regular non-conforming product analysis meetings, propose improvement plans to reduce scrap rates.
6. 协同设备部门推进设备预防维护保养，监督运行状态，及时排除故障隐患。
Collaborate with the equipment department to promote preventive maintenance, supervise operational status, and promptly eliminate potential failure risks.
7. 培训操作人员规范作业，落实标准化作业及推进安全生产管理制度。
Train operators on standardized operating procedures and implement standardized work practices and safety management systems.
8. 监控刀具/夹具等耗材使用，制定降本增效方案。
Monitor tooling/fixture and other consumable usage and develop cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement plans.
9. 推行生产现场5S管理，保障环境整洁有序。
Implement 5S management practices in the production area to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
10. 分析现场质量审核问题及推进改善措施落实。
Analyze issues identified during on-site quality audits and drive the implementation of corrective actions.
11. 高效执行上级下达的其他任务。
Effectively execute other tasks assigned by superiors.

任职要求 (Qualifications)
1. 大专及以上学历，机械制造、数控技术等相关专业优先。
College diploma or above; preference for majors in Mechanical Manufacturing, CNC Technology, or related fields.
2. 8年以上CNC加工行业工作经验，其中至少5年CNC加工主管岗位经验。
Over 8 years of experience in the CNC machining industry, including at least 5 years in a CNC machining supervisor role.
3. 熟悉齿轮传动、工程机械轮边驱动产品加工工艺，有生产管理经验。
Familiar with machining processes for gear transmission and engineering machinery wheel hub drive systems. Possess production management experience.
4. 熟悉ISO9001或IATF16949质量管理体系。
Familiar with ISO9001 or IATF16949 quality management systems.
5. 工作认真负责，具有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力。
Conscientious, responsible, with strong teamwork spirit and communication skills.
