MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：

1. Evaluate the technical feasibility and cost of non-standard automation projects. Participate in the discussion and formulation of project solutions.

2. Select electrical components and draw circuit diagrams independently.

独立完成电气元件的选型和电路图的绘制。

3. Complete electrical assembly work independently.

独立完成电气装配工作。

4. Write PLC and HMI programs, and complete machine commission independently.

独立完成PLC和HMI程序的编写，并且完成设备的调试。

5. Write and debug PC program and machine visual programs.

编写和调试上位机和视觉程序。

6. Write and debug robot programs.

编写和调试机器人程序.

7. Write machine operation manuals, inspection lists, maintenance item lists, and other machine related documents.

编写设备操作手册、点检表、维护保养项目清单等设备相关文档。

8. Implement project management, including project related schedule management, cost management, procurement management, communication management, risk management, conflict management, etc.

执行项目管理，包括项目相关的进度管理、成本管理、采购管理、沟通管理、风险管理、冲突管理等。

9. Share your skills and project experience with other members of the department, maintenance department, or internal customers. Assist other members of the department in resolving issues encountered in the project.

分享自己的技能和项目经验给部门其他成员，维修部门或者内部客户。帮助部门其他成员解决项目中遇到的问题。

10. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

完成上级指派的其他任务。



SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任职要求条件：

Education & Major 学历与专业

College degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering / Automation or related.

大专及以上学历，电气工程或自动化相关专业。

Job Related Experience 相关工作经验

At least 3 years of experience in electrical and PLC programming design for non-standard automation machines

至少3年以上的非标自动化机器电气设计和PLC编程经验。

Total Working Experience整体工作经验

At least 3 years of work experience.

至少3年以上工作经验。

Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知识

Siemens PLC and HMI programming;

西门子PLC和HMI编程能力；

Electrical circuit diagrams drawing by E-plan;

使用E-plan软件绘制电路图；

Robot programming is a plus;

机器人编程是一个加分项；

C#/C++/VB/Labview programming is a plus;

C#/C++/VB/Labview编程是一个加分项；

Machine vision programming, such VisionPro or Halcon is a plus.
