MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
1. Track and manage the energy consumption, sense of reaction on abnormal data and corrective.
能耗统计与追踪管理，对异常数据的原因排查及整改完善。
2. Plan and follow up the annual maintenance of key facility equipment so as to make sure all activities being done perfectly.
对核心厂务设施设备的年度保养进行追踪及管理，确保所有维保的有效完成。
3. Order and manage spare parts, control spare parts cost.
订购及管理备品备件，控制备品备件费用。
4. Facility purchase order management, SAP operation.
利用公司SAP系统，进行厂务订单管理。
5. Follow up facility projects and focus on safety, quality, and lead time.
厂务项目追踪，对项目过程的安全、质量、交期进行控制。
6. Solve problems by interface with other department with facility issues.
与其他部门对接关于厂务类问题的解决方案。
7. Sense of CIP and idea during daily operation.
日常工作中的CIP意识及改善性建议。
8. Cooperate with other department on Lean and RPA related improvement.
精益生产及RPA方面的改善。
9. Complete other works assumed by Immediate Superior that make sense.
上司委派的其他合理工作。

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任职要求条件:

Education & Major 学历与专业

Bachelor or above. 本科及以上学历。
Mechanical design, manufacturing and its automation, electrical automation, engineering, civil engineering, HVAC.
机械设计、制造及自动化、电气自动化、工程、土木工程、暖通空调相关专业（该相关专业应届生亦可）。

Job Related Experience 相关工作经验
With minimum 2 years work experience facility/utility/maintenance related.
两年及以上厂务、公共设施或维修经验（往届生）。

Total Working Experience整体工作经验
两年及以上工作经验（往届生）。
With minimum 2 years working experience.

Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知识
1) 具备CAD看图能力。
Capability to read CAD.
2) 工作领域英文口语及基础阅读能力。
Capability to read and understand basic English that in working filed.

Others 其他
Office software 熟悉操作办公软件。
