• Responsible for QC team’s routine management work, e.g. shift plan making, monthly QC performance assessment etc.

• Responsible for arranging routine inspection for QC, including incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection etc., to ensure that all the products are conform to the requirements of customers, food safety quality management system and related statutory and regulatory
• 负责安排QC检验员的日常检验工作，包括进料、过程及出货检验等，确保产品符合客户、食品安全质量管理体系及相关法律法规要求
• Responsible for arranging QC for environment, microbiological etc. monitoring in food production area
• 负责安排QC实施食品生产区环境、微生物等监控工作
• Responsible for managing and tracing all related inspection data, to ensure the integrality, reliability and accuracy of the whole database   
• 负责管理跟踪所有检测数据，确保测量系统数据库的完整性、可靠性及精确性
• Responsible for the control, feedback and traceability of all nonconformity products or phenomena including food safety
• 负责包括与食品安全有关的所有不合格品或现象的控制、反馈及跟踪处理
• Responsible for AQP inspection during new products or projects development stage   
• 负责新产品、新项目开发阶段AQP检测工作
• Responsible for the management for Lab equipments, documents and CAQ system etc.
• 负责实验室设备、文件及CAQ系统等的维护管理
• Responsible for trainings for QC team
• 负责QC团队的培训工作
• Responsible for hygiene monitoring and management of QC team staffs
• 负责QC团队人员的卫生监督管理
• Responsible for lab 5S management
• 负责实验室5S的日常管理
• Responsible for the clean clothes of food area
• 负责食品包装区域员工的防尘服清洁
• Coordinate to conduct plant NEXT and safety concern reporting projects   
• 配合执行工厂的NEXT和安全隐患汇报项目
• Other tasks assigned by quality manager etc.
• 质量经理安排的其它相关工作等

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• 大学毕业以及同等学历以上
• At least 3 years quality control experience, experience in plastic industry is a plus
• 至少有3年的质量控制经验和塑料行业经验
• Previous supervisory role is a plus
• 有管理经验优先
• Familiar with the knowledge of the ISO9001quality management system and FSSC22000 food safety management system etc.
• 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系和FSSC22000食品安全管理体系相关知识等
