1. 负责电气装配团队的生产管理、质量控制和人员协调，确保安全、高效完成生产任务，同时优化物料管理和成本控制。
Responsible for leading the electrical assembly team, ensuring safe and efficient production, quality compliance, and material management to optimize cost and workflow.
2. 生产与团队管理：安排每日生产任务，监督电气装配线（柜体组装、线束加工、PLC接线等）的进度与效率。培训、考核班组成员，提升团队技能与协作能力。
Production & Team Management: Allocate daily tasks, monitor progress and efficiency of electrical assembly line (e.g., panel building, wiring harness, PLC termination). Train and evaluate team members to improve skills and collaboration.
3. 质量管理：确保产品符合ISO等标准及客户技术要求。分析装配缺陷，推动改进措施。
Ensure products meet ISO standards and client specifications. Analyze defects and implement corrective actions.
4. 物料管理：监督电气装配物料的领取、使用与库存（如线缆、端子、电气元件等），避免浪费。协调仓库与采购部门，确保物料及时供应并处理异常短缺。
Material Management: Oversee material requisition, usage, and inventory (e.g., cables, terminals, components) to minimize waste. Coordinate with warehouse/purchasing to ensure material availability and resolve shortages.
5. 安全管理：执行EHS政策，确保班组遵守电气作业安全规范（如LOTO、5S）。
Safety: Enforce EHS policies and electrical safety procedures (e.g., LOTO, 5S).
6. 持续改进：推动精益生产，优化生产流程与物料利用率。
Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and material utilization.
7. 与其他相关部门合作配合，确保工作顺利开展。
Cooperation with others.
8. 完成上级/经理交办的其他工作。公司管理层、员工手册和相关主管交办事项与职责。

1. 大专及以上学历，电气类相关专业。
College degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. 5年以上相关行业电气装配工作经验，3年及以上团队及物料管理经验（制造业优先）。
More than 5 years in electrical assembly and at least 3 years working experience in team and material management (manufacturing preferred)..
3. 熟练阅读电气图纸（CAD/Schematic），具备英语读写能力。
Proficient in reading electrical drawings (CAD/Schematic), basic English skill with reading and writing.
4. 熟悉ERP/MES系统及物料管理流程。
Familiar with ERP/MES systems and material management.
5. 对ABB及西门子或同等品牌变频器有丰富的调试和故障排除经验。
Have rich debugging and troubleshooting experience for ABB and Siemens or equivalent brand inverter.
6. 沟通能力强，能独立自主承担相关工作。
Good communication skills and independent.
7. 具有动手能力及团队合作精神，逻辑清晰，能高效地处理多种任务。
Team player and have strong practical skill. Logical thinking and able to handle multi-tasks in parallel.
8. 能适应出差并在设备现场工作。
Sometime will be short-term traveled and work on the fieldwork.
9. 具有电工证、精益生产认证。
Electrician certificate and lean manufacturing certification.
