Job Summary and Key Objectives 职位概述及关键目标
- 提供产品解决方案、投标文件,提高所负责项目的数量、金额和成功率;
- 协助销售进行最终用户、设计院、工程公司有效拜访和技术交流,完成技术交流工作;
- 及时解决客户遇到的产品相关问题,给客户提供售前售后的基本技术支持,提高客户满意度;
- 归纳、整理销售工具,提供销售培训;
- 了解客户端市场和竞争对手信息;
- 完善产品资料并进行标准化整理。
- Provide product solutions and bidding documents in an effort to increase the volume, value and success rate of the projects assigned;
- Support sales to visit and communicate with end users, design institutes and construction companies to complete technical communications;
- Solve product-related problems encountered by customers in a timely manner, provide customers with pre-sale and post-sale basic technical support to improve customer satisfaction;
- Summarize and prepare sales tools, and provide sales training;
- Collect client and market information and competitor’s information.
Key Responsibilities 主要职责
1. 提供产品解决方案、投标文件,提高所负责项目的数量、金额和成功率;
2. 协助销售进行最终用户、设计院、工程公司有效拜访和技术交流,完成技术交流工作;
3. 及时解决客户遇到的产品相关问题,给客户提供售前售后的基本技术支持,提高客户满意度;
4. 归纳、整理销售工具,提供销售培训;
5. 了解客户端市场和竞争对手信息;
6. 完善产品资料并进行标准化整理。
7. 其他上级安排的项目/任务。
- Provide product solutions and bidding documents in an effort to increase the volume, value and success rate of the projects assigned;
- Support sales to visit and communicate with end users, design institutes and construction companies to complete technical communications;
- Solve product-related problems encountered by customers in a timely manner, provide customers with pre-sale and post-sale basic technical support to improve customer satisfaction;
- Summarize and prepare sales tools, and provide sales training;
- Collect client and market information and competitor’s information
- Other projects/tasks assigned by supervisor.
Know-How 知识
- 熟悉空气过滤和暖通空调系统优先,不断学习提高自我水平
- 大学本科及以上学历
- 2-5年及以上相关工作经验
- 有技术服务配套的经验优先
- Familiarity with air filtration and HVAC systems preferred, continuous learning to improve oneself
- Bachelor degree or above
- 2-5 years and above related working experience
- Experience in technical service support is preferred
