工作描述:
· Customer order management.
Improve customer’s satisfaction.
Order acknowledge on DC02 & DC03 order delivery confirmation.
Order escalation management on unfulfilled customer’s delivery requirement.
Monitor and tracking network actives in SAP.
Mange order tracking and delivery.
Annual Maintenance Contract order tracking & reporting.
Order Forecast simulation & delivery forecast.
Open billing creation.
Trouble shooting for SAP system fault of order processing.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
. QUALIFICATIONS:
College or Bachelor above.
Above 3 years working experience in related field
Rich experience on scheduling.
Good English communication skills on both speaking and writing.
Good skills on MS office and SAP.
Good skills on presentation.
