- Technical support and training for domestic and foreign customers;
    为国内外客户提供技术支持及培训；
- Responsible for coordinating and improving the quality problem;
    负责协调并推进质量缺陷的改善；
- Improve warranty procedures & claim management system，implement them within the organization;
    完善索赔保修管理程序，并确保其在组织内部的实施；
- Enable a database service, improve the service system;
    启用售后服务数据库，完善售后服务体系；
- Responsible for service department data base and Baan system operation and maintenance;   
    进行售后部门数据库及Baan系统的操作和维护；
- Create and maintain spare parts lists, maintain after sales tools;
    创建和维护备件清单，售后工具的维护；
- Write service reports ;
    提交售后服务报告；
- Complete other jobs ordered .
    完成上级交办的其他工作。

* 本岗位出差频率较低。

- Good ability to communicate in Chinese and English;
    具有良好的中英沟通、表达能力；
- Bachlor or above, major in professional for mechanical engineering, electric mechanical engineering, etc;
    本科及以上学历，具有机械或电气工程等理工科专业背景者为佳；
- 2 year industrial working experience;
    2年以上工作经验；
- Independent ability of analysing and problem-solving;
    具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力；
- Familiar with office software;
    熟练使用办公软件；
- Dedication to the job, proactive in work;
    具有敬业精神，工作积极主动；
