Job Responsibilities
1. Professionally answer and transfer calls.

2. Do a good job of reception and guidance for guests, inform the people visited in time.

3. Make on-line registration of receipt express in time.

4. Tea break preparation.

5. Employee attendance statistics.

6. Booking working meals and calculate the meal cost every month.
每日报餐,每月核算餐费。
7. Registration of employee card.
员工卡制卡。
8. Administrative support for employee travel, including hotel, air tickets, etc.
员工差旅的行政支持工作,包括酒店、机票等。
9. Pay attention to reception 5S, maintain the order, keep the front desk clean and tidy, and show the good image of the company.

10. Administrative goods inventory management.
行政物品库存管理。
11. Support for office administration and management including cleaning etc.

13. Statistics of administrative expense.

14. Check the supplier’s payment application and go through the procedure of payment.
供应商发票整理及付款申请。
15. Complete other tasks assigned by Superior.
