工作描述：
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Drive Lean Culture with the top manager together. Setup the lean conversion action plan.
- Kaizen projects planning, prioritization, Kaizen project management as a PMO (PM Officer).
- Benchmarking with best plants and bring them to AKG TC.
- Training of Lean Tools (e.g. Value Stream Mapping, One piece Flow, Standard work, Daily management, Visual management, problem solving process, PokaYoke, TPM, Lean Supply Chain, SMED, ERP improvement) to the managers, supervisors and group leaders.
- Talent development planning and implementation within the company. To incubate MBBs for various lean tools.
- Lead cross functional key projects to drive the operational KPI SQDCP in regards of various projects (E.G. process improvement, productivity in welding, assembly, machining and other production areas, quality, safety).
- To take care of the manufacturing engineering of machining process.
