Layout Planning and Optimization

- 负责仓库布局设计，根据仓库存储货物的种类、流量等因素，合理规划仓库各功能区，提高仓库空间利用率。
- 结合业务变化业务需求，对布局进行调整和优化。
- Be responsible for the warehouse layout design. According to the material types, materials flow, etc,    re-layout the warehouse function area to improve W/H Space UT.
- Adjust and optimize warehouse layout in combination with business requirements.

2流程改善
Process Improvement

- 梳理仓库作业流程，提高流程效率。
- 制定标准作业流程，定义各环节操作规范和节拍时间。
- Sort out the warehouse operation processes to improve process.
- Standardize work instruction and define the operation specifications and CT.

3设备与系统管理
Equipment and System Management

- 负责仓库设备的选型和配置，确保设备满足仓库作业需求。
-引入自动化设备和推动仓库数字化项目。
- Be responsible for the selection and configuration of warehouse equipment to ensure that the equipment meets the requirements of warehouse operations.
-Introduce automated equipment and develop warehouse digital project.

4效率提升与成本控制
Efficiency Improvement and Cost Control
- 运用工业工程方法，减少员工无效动作和等待时间，提升整体作业效率。
- 分析仓库运营成本，包括人力成本、设备成本、库存成本等，通过优化流程、合理规划等方式降低成本。
- Apply industrial engineering methods to reduce the ineffective movements and waiting time and improve the overall operation efficiency.
- Analyze the warehouse operation costs to reduce the costs through process optimization, reasonable planning.

5数据收集与分析
Data Collection and Analysis

- 收集仓库作业相关数据，如库存周转率、货物出入库时间、设备利用率等。
- 对收集的数据进行分析，通过数据挖掘发现问题和潜在的优化点，为决策提供支持。
- Collect data related to warehouse operations, such as inventory turnover rate, goods in/out time, equipment UT, etc.
- Analyze the collected data and discover problems and potential optimization points through data mining to support decision - making

6 Qualifications for Warehouse IE Engineers:

1.大专及以上学历，专业物流管理，供应链管理，项目管理,工程等相关专业
College’s degree or above, majored in Logistics, supply chain management, Projecting management, engineering or similar field.   
2.2-5年仓库IE工程师，物流规划或运营经验, 仓库工作经验者优先。
3-5 years’ experience in warehouse engineering, planning or operation experience. Warehouse work experience is highly preferred.
3.丰富的SAP LE(WM),有WMS\CAD\BI经验者优先。
Profound & Provided SAP LE(WM), Experience in WMS/CAD/BI is preferred.
