工作描述:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Order Start: Taking over orders in the system for individual machines, partial as well as complete lines after detailed coordination. If necessary, completion of relevant requirements in accordance with internal schedules.
2. Order clarification: independent support of Customer Project Management during order clarification with Inside Sales and customer. Participation in order clarification meetings and milestone meetings. System-related clarification (e.g. SDCC maintenance, SAP data collection/maintenance) in consultation with Customer Project Management / specialized departments / Inside Sales / Field Sales.
3. Order conversion: Follow-up of internal/external deadlines in coordination with Customer Project Management. Preparation of the order for the start of production according to specifications. Collection of all order-related documents (technical and commercial) for individual machines, partial and complete lines.
4. Order processing: Processing orders in the respective systems (SAP / SDCC / EPP) for individual machines, partial and complete lines in coordination with Customer Project Management, specialized departments, subsidiaries and the customer. Starting and tracking workflows as part of the change management. Data preparation and support of specialized departments in all order-related technical and commercial activities, in particular shipment processing, invoicing, accounts receivable tracking and letter of credit processing.
5. Data provision and maintenance: project-related filing, provision and support in the preparation of commercial and technical data, considering customer and country-specific requirements.
6. Correspondence: Managing internal and external correspondence in English or local language according to specifications. Being Contact person for internal and external clarification questions.
7. Coordination: Being the supporting contact person and interface to Inside Sales, Field Sales, Customer Project Management, specialized departments and customer.
8. Customer visits and trade fairs: Organization of customer visits and FATs, virtually and in presence. Coordination of internal and external participants. Attending customer visits and FATs and taking over translation tasks where applicable. Participation in trade fairs as booth staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Be familiar with SAP
3. 3 years relevant working experience
4. Good communication skill
5. Fluent English in writing and speaking, German is a plus
