岗位要求：
1，大专科及以上学历，3年以上IE相关工作经验
College degree or above, more than 3 years of IE related work experience
2，精通IE现场改善工具和精益生产的理论知识，并能够灵活运用，解决生产制造过程中的问题
Proficient in IE field improvement tools and lean production theory, and can be flexibly used to solve the problems in the manufacturing process
3，运用机械专业知识，对于现场设备及工艺优化，从而提高产能提升设备利用率
Apply mechanical expertise to optimize on-site equipment and process, so as to improve production capacity and equipment utilization
4，具备新产线新工艺的建设，产能进度跟进与实现的能力
Have the ability to build new production lines and new processes, follow up and realize production schedule
5，具有绕线工艺调试及绕线设备维护的经验，优先选择
Experience in winding process debugging and equipment maintenance is preferred

岗位职责：
1，参与并主导新项目（电磁阀）国产化项目，实现本地化调试和量产的目标
Participate in and lead the localization project of the new project (solenoid valve) to achieve the target of localization debugging and mass production
2，参与设备的关键参数目标制定并监控，新工艺与新设备导入跟进，推动项目顺利量产
Participated in the formulation and monitoring of key parameter objectives of the equipment, followed up the introduction of new processes and new equipment, and promoted the smooth mass production of the project
3，负责由手动线到自动化产线的建设项目进度，制定产品标准化生产工艺流程，优化产线布局从而提高产能
Responsible for the construction project progress from manual line to automated production line, formulated product standardization production process flow, optimized production line layout to improve production capacity
4，负责提升优化部门其他产品的手动或半自动产品组装工艺流程
Responsible for improving and optimizing the manual or semi-automatic product assembly process of other products in the department
5，统筹规划电磁阀产品的生产线设备，工装夹具和辅助设施配置的标准化
Overall plan the standardization of production line equipment, fixture and auxiliary facilities configuration of solenoid valve products
6，完成产线产能评估，资源优化，持续改善生产效率，协助生产线解决问题；并主导制定标准工时，更新SAP系统，支持成本核算工作
Completed production line capacity evaluation, resource optimization, continuous improvement of production efficiency, and assisted the production line to solve problems;And lead the formulation of standard working hours, update SAP system, support cost accounting work
7，对于现场员工的技术培训，提升产线技术员的自身能力以满足工作要求和完成部门目标
