MAIN DUTIES
- Operating the WMS System for goods in/out, coordinate the system operator and the warehouse keeper to control the operation process and make sure the turnover volume can reach the KPI requirements
系统出入库操作,协调系统与现场仓库人员的操作进度并确保出入库操作达到客户的KPI要求
- Timely submitting receipts of goods and D/Os to customer according to the requirement and make sure timely submitting daily operating report and monthly billing statement.
- 按照客户要求及时向客户提交相关报表,确保提交每日操作记录和每月帐单
- Responsible for monthly cycle count, verify the discrepancy and issue cycle count report. Deal with customer complaint to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce the cost of service failure
负责月度盘点,核对差异,出据盘点报告。处理客户投诉,确保客户满意度,降低货损风险
- Maintain main data of WMS system and Kinnsoft system, including customers` information and the data of all kinds of materials
WMS系统和荆艺系统主数据维护,包括客户信息,物料主数据等
- Continually optimize the system bin location and the operation process
优化系统储位及操作流程
- Keep good communication and relationship with other department and customers, make sure daily operation running smoothly
保持与其它部门和客户的良好沟通,维护良好的关系并确保日常操作的正常运转
- Keep good communication with the direct superior and provide improvement proposals
与直接上级主管保持良好沟通,并能提出合理化的改进意见
- Team building, make sure the subordinators can work independently according to their JD
团队建设,确保下属按其JD完成工作
- Ensure all activities follow SOP, to guarantee all process risk-free and cost effective
确保所有作业活动符合SOP,确保作业流程安全和成本受控
- Responsible for updating the training materials & SOPs and conduct the training to the team on regular basis, for example, safety use and maintenance of MHE as well as the warehouse operation process etc.
负责更新培训资料和SOP,并对作业团队进行定期培训。比如,安全使用和维护作业设备,及仓库作业流程等
- Execute and implement methodology from up management. Continuously improve operation efficiency and process
推行和执行从公司总部推广的先进管理模式,持续改善作业效率和流程

REQUIREMENT PROFILE
EDUCATION & FURTHER DEVELOPMENT / TRAINING
- Middle school graduated or above, in good health
初中或学历,身体健康
TECHNICAL- & METHODS COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 3 years working experience with warehouse management, at least 1 years at supervisor level
至少3年仓库工作经验,其中至少1年主管经验
- Familiar with the warehouse process as well as 5s and lean management.
熟悉仓储物流流程及各个环节,熟悉5s和精益管理
- Good computer skills able to use office software and WMS system
熟练使用电脑及办公软件,会使用WMS系统
