Answering the telephone, visitor reception;
接听来电,访客接待;
Conference preparation; purchasing kitchen supplies, such as softdrinks, coffee, etc;
会议准备(不包括内部会);采购茶水间饮料,如各种软饮、咖啡等
Management of office supplies, including inquiry, purchasing, receiving and handing out, warehousing management (process in Navision software);
管理办公用品,包括询价,订货,收发,入库管理。(部分内容需要在Navision系统中操作)
Receiving and handing out company relevant domestic and overseas express letters
收发公司相关国内外快递信件
Canteen management, such as menu check, involving in daily management, prob-lem-solving, etc.
餐厅管理,例如菜单审核,日常餐厅管理,问题处理等;
Booking hotels, flight tickets and train tickets for business trips, restaurants reservation;
预订公司职员出差用机票、火车票和酒店;餐厅预订
Responsible for daily management of security and cleaning (place relevant require-ments in Navision, complaint handling…);
负责保安与保洁的日常管理(相关物品在系统中申请,投诉处理)
Other related works assigned by manager.
