JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1. Maintain the good relationship with existing customers & get new business from them.
维护与现有客户的良好关系, 获得更多的新业务。
2. Collect potential customer’s information, follow up to contact relative customers, collect market and competition information in STS different application.
收集潜在客户信息, 跟进相关客户,了解弹簧在不同应用领域的竞争情况及做好相关市场调研。
3. Gather and Analyze competitor’s information for further review and decision by management.
收集并分析竞争对手信息,为管理层进一步讨论及决策提供依据。
4. Follow up AR situation regularly to make sure all the AR be settled in time.
定期跟进应收款的回收情况, 确保销售货款按时收回。
5. Monitor the actual sales situation of each customer and make preliminary analysis or necessary actions properly.
监测每个客户的实际销售状况, 并做出初步分析、采取相应措施。
6. Improve the customer satisfaction with awareness on cost, delivery, quality etc.
关注成本、交付、质量等,提高客户满意度。
7. Coordinate between customer and internal responsible departments. Transfer customers’ requirements into internal departments, provide necessary support to our colleagues during customers communication.
协调外部客户与公司内部各有关部门的联系,将顾客的各种要求传达到公司相关部门,并为其他部门与客户沟通时提供必要的支持。
8. Prepare and documented relative paper work according to company process requirement.
按照公司流程要求,做好与客户相关的各类文件和系统工作。
9. Accomplish other jobs/tasks punctually appointed by Superior.
按时完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任职要求条件
Education & Major 学历与专业
Bachelor’s degree and above in mechanical, engineering or business related such as international trade, economics, marketing and so on.
本科学历及以上,专业为机械,工程或商务相关比如国际贸易,经济学及市场营销等。
Job Related Experience 相关工作经验
At least 3 years working experience of sales or related areas in Industry area, preferred in Automotive Industry.
相关行业的最低3年销售经验,有汽车行业相关工作经验优先。
Total Working Experience整体工作经验
At least 5 years working experience.
至少5年工作经验。
Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知识
Good English capability, fluent in both spoken and written.
英语读写流利,可口语沟通。
Good communication skills, build up & maintain effective business relationship with customers.
良好的沟通能力,与客户建立并维持良好商务关系。
Act independently under minimum of supervision, entrepreneurial thinking.

Be familiar with SAP, CRM etc, work with that software according to KL process.
