Job Summary and Key Objectives 职位概述及关键目标
1. 全面支持与配合公司可持续发展、ESG、政府关系项目等内外部沟通工作。

Key Responsibilities 主要职责
• 负责各类项目文件的前期信息搜集,根据需求整理汇编,递交及归档。
Responsible for the preliminary information collection of various project documents, compilation, submission and archiving according to needs.
• 协助组织政府机构的参访活动、参会政府机构组织和行业相关会议,结合公司诉求,准备相关资料和报告所需资料。
Assist in organizing visits to government agencies, participating in government agency organizations and industry-related meetings, and preparing relevant materials and materials required for reports in combination with the company's demands.
• 协助收集和了解区域的政策信息和趋势,及时分享解读信息,并积极参与和影响政策的制定。
Assists in the collection and understanding of policy information and trends in the region, shares and interprets information in a timely manner, and actively participates in and influences policy development.
• 根据集团ESG信息披露要求,定期追踪各部门信息,并进行汇总,整理。
In accordance with the Group's ESG information disclosure requirements, regularly track the information of each department, and summarize and organize it.
• 搜集国内外相关政策法规、客户的ESG可持续发展趋势信息,整理和汇报。
Collect, collate and report information on relevant policies and regulations at home and abroad, as well as customers' ESG and sustainable development trends.
• 推动跟进公司项目申报工作计划,更新项目状态,落实项目细节。
Promote the follow-up of the company's project application work plan, update the project status, and implement the project details.
• 协助可持续发展/ESG相关的评级认证和奖项申报。
Assist in sustainability/ESG-related rating certification and award application.
• 协助内部员工培训与意识提升,做好外部传播和公司评级提升。
Assist in internal staff training and awareness raising, and do a good job in external communication and company rating improvement.
• 根据上级主管的要求,员工必须执行与该职位相符合的或者公司营运所必须的其它任务。
Employees must perform other tasks that are appropriate to the position or necessary for the operation of the company as required by their supervisors.
Know-How 知识
• 本科及以上学历,管理类相关专业。
Bachelor degree or above, major in management.
• 至少1年及以上同岗位相关工作经验。
At least 1 years of relevant work experience in the same position.
• 熟悉政府机关工作方式及流程。
Familiar with the working methods and processes of government agencies.
Skills技能
• 熟练掌握Excel、PPT等常用办公软件。
Proficient in Excel, PPT and other common office software.
• 良好的英语听说读写能力。
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。
