工作时间：5天11小时（8小时外计算加班工资）
薪资结构：基本工资2490+绩效奖金3000左右+补贴150+加班工资，综合工资税前7K左右

Job Summary and Key Objectives 职位概述及关键目标
1. 协助生产经理执行公司和车间的各项管理规定，以确保生产车间有效正常的运行。
Assist the production manager to implement the management regulations of the company and the workshop to ensure the effective and normal operation of the production workshop.
2. 与其他部门进行有效沟通并及时反馈。
Communicate effectively with other departments and provide timely feedback.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责
• 熟悉车间的日常管理流程和异常情况的处理流程。
Familiar with the daily management process of the workshop and the handling process of abnormal situations.
• 根据生产计划，合理进行人员安排。
According to the production plan, reasonable personnel arrangement.
• 负责车间EHS（UA、UC的识别及改善）。
Responsible for workshop EHS（Identification and improvement UA&UC）.
• 负责直接人员技能培训并主导考核资料的更新以及班组长能力建设。
Responsible for the skills training of direct personnel and lead the update of assessment materials and the capacity building of team leaders.
• 对生产指标负责（SQCD），梳理生产流程并推动改善。
Responsible for production indicators (SQCD), sorting out production processes and driving improvements.
• 生产现场物料管理（消耗&盘点的管理）。
Material management at the production site (consumption & inventory management).
• 其他上级安排的项目/任务。
Other projects/tasks assigned by supervisor.

Know-How 知识
• 大专及以上学历。
College degree or above.
• 至少3年及以上同岗位相关工作经验。
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the same position.

Skills技能
• 擅长跨部门沟通及车间直接人员管理。
Good at cross-departmental communication and direct personnel management in the workshop.
• 精通现场5S，有LEAN、TPM经验优先。
Proficient in on-site 5S, LEAN, TPM experience is preferred.
• 良好的数据分析和汇报能力（office, power BI..）。
Good data analysis and reporting skills（office, power BI..） .
• 具有一定的英语读写基础。
Have a certain foundation in reading and writing English.
