1).规划项目活动、任务和最终结果，安排和协调任务并分配资源。
Planning project activities, tasks, and end-results, schedule, and coordinating tasks and allocating resources.
2).协调整合各部门经理、供应商、客户等。
Negotiating with and integrating functional managers, suppliers, users, etc.
3).监控项目状态。
Monitoring project status.
4).目标无法完成时寻找解决方案。
Find solutions when objectives cannot be achieved.
5).负责按时、按质、按预算交付项目。
Responsible for delivery of project on time, on quality and on budget.
6).负责推动跨职能跨部门的内部讨论和决策。
Responsible for driving internal discussions and driving decisions across multiple functions and sites.
7).协调内部和客户的项目会议。
Coordinates project meetings internally and with customers.
8). 协助向客户提供关键信息。
Supports delivery of critical communication to customers.
9). 协调项目中的资源和时间表。
Coordinates resources and timelines in projects.
10). 报告项目状态。
Reports Project status.
11).从运营中推动交付成果，包括优先级和瓶颈识别，以及提供解决方案。
Drives delivery performance from operations including prioritization and identification of bottlenecks, as well as providing solutions.
12).推动工作流程和项目优化。
Drives optimization of workflow and process.
13).成本管理能力。
Capability for cost management.

1).机械、电气相关专业背景， 8年以上工作经验。
Mechanical, electrical background, Over8years working experience.
2).能够看懂CAD图纸，具备CAD制图技能。
Able to read and draw CAD drawings.
3).能够平衡技术解决方案与时间、成本和人力等因素。
Able to balance technical solutions with time, cost, and human factors.
4).能够识别问题并找到解决方案。
Able to identify problems and find solutions.
5).能够很好的协调内部团队和客户。
Able to well coordinate internal teams and customers
6).能够完整的理解完整的价值链-市场、设计、采购、制造和盈利的内容。
Able to understand of full value chain –marketing, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and the concept of profitability.
