Responsible for lean production and related project management in manufacturing department
负责制造部门精益生产及相关项目工作

1.Support daily shopfloor management by monitoring production KPIs
2.Lean production in manufacturing department, incl. standardization and continuously improvement
3.Investment project of manufacturing equipment
4.Equipment management and OEE improvement
负责制造部门的项目，主要包括以下范围，
5.通过制造KPI的跟踪支持日常车间管理工作
6.制造部门的精益生产,包括标准化及持续改进
7.制造设备投资
8.设备管理及OEE提升
9.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历
2.Working experience in manufacturing is MUST

3.Lean production experience

4.Project management skill

5.Works actively, accepts feedback, shows commitment and loyalty, good communication and coordination skills, good MS Office skills
