工作描述:
1. 通过拨打电话,完成客户满意度调查 Complete customer satisfaction surveys by phone calls
2. 及时有效地了解客户对于满意度情况的反馈,并跟踪相关部门进行问题的跟进和解决 Timely and effectively understand customer feedback. Follow up and solve problems with relevant departments
3. 客户信息的基础维护 Basic maintenance of customer data in Excel
4. 协助更新维护质量部门相关月度KPI报告 Support to update and maintain quality monthly report
5. 维护系统数据:如SAP、生产数据库 Maintain system data such as SAP, production database
6. 其他工作:例如协助质量团队完成其他行政工作,如文档翻译、或其他支持任务 Others, e.g. assist colleagues with other supporting tasks, such as document translation, ...
