Job description
•负责新产品导入及项目进度，编制新产品的项目策划书及工艺文件，做好试产和量产前的准备工作；
Responsible for new products instruction and project progress, compile the project plan-ning and technology documentation, coordinate the preparation of trial production.
•参与钣金件的技术工艺及可行性分析，对原材料、技术工艺性、生产设备、工装夹具进行合理评估，并负责与客户的技术沟通；
Responsible the technology and feasibility analysis, include raw material,process, equip-ment and fixture etc.
•负责钣金工艺的工序设计，不断提高完善原有技术及工艺水平，提高产品质量和生产效率，及时解决生产中的技术工艺问题。
Responsible for the process design, promote the continuous improvement activities of quality and efficiency
•负责对产品中存在的技术质量问题与客户协调沟通。
Responsible for commucation and comfirm with customer about technology and quality, provide and promote the solution
•提出采购产品的技术条件和验收条件，审查并改进外协供方的零件加工工艺；
Provide the technical requirment of purchased part and follow the process of subcontracter.
•测量生产工时，进行动作研究、工艺研究，分析产品的制造及装配工艺，对生产工艺进行持续改进；
Measure the working time, and continue improve the manufacture prcocess base on pro-cess anlysis; motion analysis
•负责编写作业指导书，并对操作工和技术员进行培训，考核与监督操作过程是否符合要求。
Prepare the WI and train the operators and technicans. Regularly checking the process to guarantee the requirements are meet.

Required qualifications
•机械类相关专业大专以上学历。College degree or above, major in Mechanical.
•具有五年以上钣金加工行业等相关工作经验，熟悉钣金加工工艺和设备（数控冲床和激光切割、折弯、焊接等）；
Above 5 years’ process work experience in sheet metal machining and process
•熟练使用AutoCAD，PRO-E等设计软件，熟练操作Office办公软件；
Good skills in design softwares and standard computer applications
•良好的沟通能力和团队精神，工作踏实，责任心强，能承担高度的工作压力。
