工作描述:
• Support the strategic planning of the department by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the department, within a short or medium-range time frame.
支持部门的战略规划,通过细化或制定部门业务规划,涵盖短期或中期时间范围。
• Support implement guidelines, processes and systems (APS,MRP etc.) in his/her area of responsibility.
支持导入物流系统(如APS、MRP等)
• Organize capacity assessment based long term, mid term forecast and historic sales, adjust inventory structure accordingly.
基于长期、中期预测和历史销售数据组织产能评估,并相应调整库存结构。
• Arrange production scheduling, control the production fulfillment. Coordinate delivery to customers on time.
安排生产计划,控制生产执行。协调按时交付给客户。
• Issue material orders to suppliers, ensure materials are supplied to the production on time, predict the shortage risk and tracking material under control.
向供应商发出物料订单,确保物料按时供应到生产中,预测短缺风险并跟踪物料控制情况。
• Lead Sales & Operation Planning meeting, balance with sales, manufacturing to prepare related resources and fulfil customer order.
主持销售和运营会议,与销售和制造部门协调,准备相关资源以满足客户订单。
• Control Date on Hand of inventory under the target, avoid excess stock and push the consuming.
控制库存的天数在目标范围内,避免库存过剩并推动库存消耗。
• Handle relevant sample import and export with associated company in US and UK .Tracking import supplier materials delivery on time.
处理英国和美国关联公司的样件进出口手续。跟踪进口供应商材料的按时交付。
• Other tasks appointed by his/her supervisor.
完成上级交办的其他任务。
Essential Qualifications & Experience
基本资格和经验
• Familiarity with production process.
熟悉生产流程。
• Familiarity with materials purchased process.
熟悉采购流程。
• Familiarity with import& export process.
悉进出口流程。
• Fundamental knowledge of quality management/tools。
具备质量管理/工具的基本知识。
• Has worked with ERP systems for at least 2 years.
至少有2年使用ERP系统的工作经验。
• Excellent data dealing ability, with EXCEL, WORD, ACCESS, or similar tools.
优秀的数据处理能力,熟练使用EXCEL、WORD、ACCESS或类似工具。
• Experience in cooperating with colleagues and customers/suppliers.
具有与同事和客户/供应商合作的经验。
